Meditation Space
This fall we added mediation space to the list of completed rooms in our home remodel. It sure felt/feels great (really it was over a month ago… we had a lot of personal stuff happen right afterward and I never got around to finalizing this little number and putting it online). But every morning when I wake up it’s the first thing area of the house I see & it’s refreshing to wake up to a little haven I love.
I have had a lot of people ask where I got things from so I wanted to just go over our very simple room because it really can be so time consuming to track down each of these links and I have been terrible about sharing them with everyone! If you want to see what the upstairs looked like when we moved in you can here.

Yoga Mat (gift from my mom): unsure
I think we may end up replacing the yoga mat with a rug, here are a few of my favorites:
1 | 2 | 3 |4 | number three is my front runner right now. But I have yet to order one
Wooven seats: Amazon
Pillow seat: Amazon
Similar in Blue, Tan, or Salmon
Faux fur: Ikea
Plant hanger: the exact one I ordered was sold out but here are some similar (both for real and fake plants) | 1 | 2 | 3 |
Haning plant: Local nursery
Still to add- Zac & I are going to cut the legs off my grandmas old wooden ladder so it only stands two levels high and use it as a little table with plant, candle, speaker & books on it… everything we might want to use in our cozy little space.
We also have a little built in book shelf that was here when we bought the house. It is just out of view on the image which way what gave us the idea for a little reading/mediation room.
